Careers — GUIDEHUBAI
CAREERS

Help people find the right AI tool.

We're a small team that tests and writes about AI platforms full-time.

Open roles

Why work with us

GUIDEHUBAI exists to help people choose AI tools with confidence. The work is simple to describe and hard to do well: use the tools properly, then explain what you found in plain language.

FOCUS

One clear mission

Everything we do points to helping readers pick the right platform.

INTEGRITY

Independent by design

We don't accept payment to rank a platform, so you never have to bend the truth.

CRAFT

Quality over volume

We would rather publish one careful write-up than ten rushed ones.

What we look for

We care more about how you work than about a particular job title. These are the qualities that matter most to us.

  • Hands-on experience. You've actually used multiple AI platforms and can say how they differ.
  • Clear, no-hype writing. You can explain a tool to a beginner without exaggeration or jargon.
  • Comfort with change. You enjoy keeping up with a fast-moving space and re-testing when things update.
  • Honest judgement. You're willing to say a popular tool isn't the right fit for a given job.
  • Care for readers. You think about what a real person needs to decide, not what looks impressive.

The kind of work we do

These describe the day-to-day work behind GUIDEHUBAI. They are not open vacancies, but they show where your skills could fit if a role opens.

TESTING

Platform testing

Using chatbots, image and video tools, coding assistants and agents on real tasks, and recording what works and what doesn't.

WRITING

Writing and editing

Turning test notes into short, honest write-ups, comparisons and journal posts that are easy to follow.

UPKEEP

Keeping listings current

Re-checking platforms when they change, and fixing details that are out of date.

READERS

Reader support

Reading suggestions and error reports, and replying to readers with clear answers.

How to get in touch

There is no long application form. A short, thoughtful message tells us more than a polished one. Here is what to expect.

STEP 01

Send a short note

Tell us who you are and which AI tools you know best, through the Contact page.

STEP 02

Share your work

Include a couple of writing samples, or a short review of a platform you've used.

STEP 03

We reply

We read every message and get back to you. If a role opens, we'll contact you first.

What to include in your note

  • Your name and a way to reach you.
  • The AI platforms you've used the most, and what for.
  • Two writing samples, or links to your published work.
  • One platform you think is overrated or underrated, and why.
  • The kind of work you'd like to do with us.

Common questions

Do I need a technical background?

Not necessarily. Many of our readers are beginners, so being able to explain things simply matters more than deep technical knowledge.

Can I apply if there are no open roles?

Yes. Send a short note through the Contact page and we'll keep it in mind for when a position opens.

Is the work remote?

We haven't set details for roles that aren't open yet. If a position is posted, its page will describe the working arrangement.

Will I be paid to promote tools?

No. We're an independent guide and we don't accept payment to rank a platform higher, so promotion isn't part of the work.

Can I contribute without joining the team?

Yes. You can suggest a tool through the Submit a platform page or flag a mistake through Report an error.
